If you’re open to apps, drop in here a solution that provides this feature Smart Spreadsheet for monday.com app. It has a Scheduled report feature that lets you create snapshots of a board at a specific moment in time and share them automatically — even with people outside monday.com.
Go to the Automation Center, set up a rule, and select the Smart Spreadsheet view.
The rule looks like this:
“(Every time period), create an XLS report from the spreadsheet in the (View) and send it to the (emails).”
You can install and test Smart Spreadsheet for free for 14 days and decide if it is something that you need.
