Improve visibility - Names in Gantt + items in Dropdown

Hello,

I would love having the option to expand the name in the gantt view but its currently blocked.

Same thing for the dropdown list I would love to have the possibility to expland the window when I have multiple items and the list is huge.

I guess yes still, but they expanded the dropdown box at least.
