Our company has a few workspaces with boards that users need to access. Navigating from one workspace to another is cumbersome.
Can we provide them with a list of all boards they can access in one place? Like building a menu that gives them access to cross-workspace boards?
Putting all boards in one workspace is not an option at this point.

Hi Michael, you can favorite boards (click the star), and use the favorites tab (recently improved).
This is not suutable for our organization, we have +100 users
We cant go one by one anf add more then 30+ items
You could create a board where each item is a board with a link to that board. This could give everyone a reminder and link to each of the boards they have access to.

You could create a Document in Monday and make it sort of your “hub” page and have links to all the boards needed by a certain team. then you could pretty it up with titles and other verbiage.
Indeed, I have considered option, but I prefer to use a document with links if that is the direction.
However, this is also an issue because clicking on links inside a document opens a new browser tab.
