I’d like to request an update on the functionality when inserting a link to a conversation.
The current solution where you select a word and click ‘add a link’ is not optimal and outdated. Also, when adding a link to a plain word it’s frustrating to have to click yet another time to add that link.
I suggest have 2 different flows for adding a link and removing on. Google docs has it alright, but the best option i’ve seen (at least for adding a link) is in slack, where you can highlight a word and simply ctrl+v/cmd+v if you have a url copied in your clipboard.
