Do you have an example of actual Api call you want to make?
As far as I know Instagram doesn’t allow posting via api

I’m attempting to achieve something similar via Zapier’s webhook.
Not sure if there’s another approach, but this felt like the right route to take.
Still haven’t quite figured out why it’s not working.
