Integration between Monday and ServiceNow

Has anyone tried integrating Monday with ServiceNow? We manage all of our request in SN and use Monday to track projects and product reporting for our PMO, so we want to be able to link the two applications to avoid duplication.

Hello @lmathews!

I am sorry for the late reply!

If the ServiceNow’s API allow it, you can totally connect it to your monday account.

You can try doing this using a software like Zapier or Integromat or you can build an integration yourself using our apps framework.

Please let us know if you need any help with this :slightly_smiling_face:

Cheers,
Matias

Service now has documentation on connection with monday.com

Hi @lmathews ,
SNow API allows it  You can try to set it up yourself, get a Consultant do do it for you - and you will have a great, working, custom solution.
But if you don’t want anything custom, and you don’t want to maintain it, you can use an app that is already available. As getint.io we have developed an app that integrates Monday with ServiceNow.
It’s quite easy to use (there is UI to do the type/field mapping), and an option to add custom javascripts. There is also a free trial.
In case of any questions, let me know at jacek@getint.io.
best,
Jacek

Unito also has a ServiceNow integration that’s simpler to use than some of the other options listed above. It’s no-code so you don’t have to learn a proprietary scripting language to sync records from ServiceNow to monday boards. You can find Unito on the monday.com marketplace. Here’s a quick guide on how to set it up in a few minutes.

Hi Leeza,

Thank you for your question.

I can confirm also the app Advanced Automations for Monday.com , will allow you to create automations as code to help solve business requirements.

Using this along with the Service Now API’s you will be able to create an intergration between Monday.com and Service now to help solve your requiirements.

You can see more detailed information on how the app works in its documentation page here.

I hope this information helps.

Regards,
Kristian
