There are two requests I would like to make on the Iteam page expansion.
First, the information widget. We have 50-100 columns in some boards. We have an item page that breaks down groups of tasks in the information widget. So when we open the item page and go to the appropriate tab, there are lets say five information widgets, and within each widget there will be the appropriate columns steps anywhere from 5-10. This allows us to see where the work in process is in each sprint. But the issue is that when we pick the columns we want to add in the widget, its not flexible. I know that it follows the order of the columns, but sometimes certain columns provide information to multiple sprints and it would be helpful if we can rearrange the on the information widget.
Second, the connected board widget. We have board that have Mutiple groups. Can there be a setting that only shows the group that item is in? I cannot select to hide a group because we have automations that if a task is completed it automatically moves to a different group. But when we open the item page we have to scroll to find the item, instead of it just being right there on top and the only group it is in. We have thousands of items and we need to very quickly see all the boards we have that is connected to this item and what work is outstanding and what stage it’s in.
