Item title - select another column to make it your title column

I’m looking for a way to change another column into the title column. Is this possible? Is there an option to select another column and dedicate this column as title column? My second questions about this topic is, is there a way to select 2 columns and combine this and then make this your title? Like a sort of Concatenate function in Excel?

also need this. right now we just write 1, 2, 3, 4 as a title for items and it’s very annoying
