We’re still setting up Monday CRM and are using the Deals board - it used to show a confetti animation when our ‘Won’ status was selected but doesn’t anymore? I’ve checked my Monday.labs and this feature is ‘Activated’, but I can’t work out why it’s no longer working or how to specify that my ‘Won’ status is the one I want to trigger the confetti?

To rule out any potential contributors, can you confirm that no changes have been made to the colour selected via the status column settings, indicating the items been completed?
We have had to make changes to be able to use Monday.com because the default does not work for our workflow - but ‘Done’ became ‘Won’ and the colour remained the same. The confetti still worked until last week. I just want to be able to assign the confetti animation to the ‘Won’ stage but can’t find the setting to do this?
Thanks for your reply Sarah. If you go to the status column settings by clicking the 3-dot ellipis and selecting customize status column you should be able to check if the green colour still constitutes completion (which triggers the animation):
If the green colour is ticked, then this might be a bug for our technical team to investigate. Please feel free to send me a private message so we can look further into this
