I have helped clients in similar situation as yours to create visual customer workflows and then set up those customer workflows using automations, integrations and task assignments to streamline customer experience. My latest client has around 15 stages in their workflow, and multiple boards with over 80 task assignments spread out between a team of 5 people. We have task creation automated, and include automated emails to customers throughout the workflow to keep them up to speed on progress.
