Looking to hire a Freelancer

We are an educational agency and want to utilize Monday.com for our client onboarding/execution. We bring on 50+ clients per year with 100ish tasks detailed per client, completed by a team of 7-9 individuals at any given time.

We are already using Monday.com in a basic form but want to make the boards more integrated and more user friendly so want to speak with a specialist to see what they can do.

I have helped clients in similar situation as yours to create visual customer workflows and then set up those customer workflows using automations, integrations and task assignments to streamline customer experience. I’d be happy to do a demo of our use-case to see if it would be a good fit for us to work together.

My latest client has around 15 stages in their workflow, and multiple boards with over 80 task assignments spread out between a team of 5 people. We have task creation automated, and include automated emails to customers throughout the workflow to keep them up to speed on progress.
