Make automation runtime errors

Hi all. I’m hoping someone might be able to lead me in the right direction of who to troubleshoot with here (Monday.com or make.com). I’m having issues in a make.com integration where I am attempting to taking an input from a web hook trigger from a Monday.com new ticket creation, take one of the Status filed column values and create a tag from it. Then use that newly created tag to add it to a tag column on the same board.

I think I have this all defined correctly but it is failing on the final step where it is supposed to add the tag to the tag column as it is throwing a runtime error, as per the attached.

I’m not sure if this is something wrong with my workflow or an error with either Monday.com or make.com.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like you need to use the item id from module 6 (the webhook) instead of module 11.
