I have three boards that use NETWORKDAYS and ARGS2ARRAY to calculate and track employee vacation / PTO. The NETWORKDAYS formula can sometimes miscalculate the days. The monday.com support team has verified this, but since these are not supported functions the team cannot fix the issue. The support team recommended I request this feature so that in the future it can be fixed.
I am looking for a solution to calculating due dates that accounts for holidays. After some searching it seems that the NETWORKDAYS and ARGS2ARRAY combo is the only option, but I am leary of formalizing our boards based upon functions that are not supported and per this post sometimes calculate incorrectly?
This is a basic project management need, so I hope that monday has more robust holiday processing on the roadmap. I can see many future used for these functions beyond holidays though, so I vote for formalizing these also.
