How to get more done while stressing less!
Hi everyone, I am Amichay, and I wanted to share a workshop I gave about using a monday.com board to manage your tasks, get things done, and reduce stress.

Capture everything in one place: Whether it’s a board, app, or notebook, having a trusted system where all your tasks live brings peace of mind and clarity.

Clarify tasks: If it they feel too big, they’re probably projects! For example, instead of “Create a new process,” break them down into steps like “Schedule brainstorming session.”

The 2-minute rule: If a task takes less than two minutes, do it right away! Listing, prioritizing, and remembering it often takes longer than the task itself.

Eating the frog: Start your day with a small, quick win to build momentum, then tackle your most challenging task (the “frog”) before lunch.

Top 5 priorities: Pick your top 5 tasks for the day and keep everything else out of sight. This helps you stay focused and avoid getting overwhelmed.
