Microsoft 365 Enterprise Outlook Calendar Integration

We use Microsoft 365 Enterprise and would love to be able to sync calendars to save our team time.
Is there any way to achieve a sync as I’m told the Calendar Sync only works with Business Premium… or any plans to complete this integration?
