I have a Microsoft Team with a collection of Monday users. Those Monday users are a mix of Member, Guest and Viewer access levels. Will the guest and viewer users be able to view the board via the Teams channel?

Guests will be able to view the board via the teams channel, however viewers will not be able to I am afraid! Hope this helps!

Hi Bianca, why is that? I mean, when they can log on their Monay account and view the boards there, why can they not do the same via Teams? Does it help to change from a standard Plan to Pro?
Hey @MonicaWS! Because viewers cannot use the API, they cannot use applications, and as a result they are unable to view this data within the Microsoft teams app - let me know if this makes sense!
