We have boards A, B, C and D which are private and is only seen by one person. Board Z is private but has multiple people who can see it. I want what happens on boards A-D to be replicated in full/mirrored/duplicated onto Board Z, so that Board Z has a total list of all the activities/projects from the boards A-D, while also keeping the project managers of A-D focused on only their portion.
I tried mirroring boards, but this requires both boards to be seen by both people. I tried VLOOKUP, but I cannot get the stuff from board A to show up on Board Z (new or existing groups-neither work.)
This query depends on the amount and type of reflection required.
But considering basic reflection:
Create automated Linked items in Board Z as soon as a new item is created in Board A-D. (For this use the automation Action Create Item and Connect Boards)
Create Mirror columns between boards to reflect the updations in Board Z.
Incase some extensive reflection is required:
Use Make.com or Zapier.com for an external automation to reflect in Board Z the changes made in the Board A-D.
