Monday.com website is slow

I’m in San Francisco, CA on 1 GB fiber and the website is both slow and prone to erroring out.

  • pages will not refresh for more than 1-2 minutes on Mac/Chrome
  • updates of less than 100 characters can error out immediately

This is less a complaint and more so feedback to go into your next round of product / operations. Thanks in advance!

We sincerely apologise for the disruption caused! We did experience connectivity issues earlier, which have now been resolved and our system is back to full operation. Please let us know if you continue to encounter issues and we would be happy to investigate :pray:

I would suggest bookmarking https://status.monday.com to monitor monday.com for any downtime or problems. You can “Subscribe to Updates” near the top, and receive emails, texts, slack notices, or webhooks when there is an issue that affects the platform. That way you’ll know when there is an issue, can step back, have some tea and find other things to work on.
