Can you have an expert call me to help build out our board for property management? I started it but I’m having trouble getting it to do all the things I want it to do.
Seems like I should be able to easily track how many days on market (DOM) a vacant rental property sits. How do I do this?
Also, we currently send a weekly owner update to all our clients that gives them feedback on how many leads, showings, applications, we have had so far. Is there a way to build out the boards to automatically insert the data from those categories and send the owner updates automatically for me every week?
Is there a way to put my company logo on the emails and updates and remove the “powered by Monday.com” logo? I also want to remove Monday.com from subject this. How do I do this?
Can it alert me 60 days before the lease expires to contact the tenant regarding renewal?
How do integrate it with other apps? I need help setting this thing up.

We manage rental property’s. We want to use this tool to organize all the activities and checklists surrounding getting a vacant property rented. Our management software (AppFolio) creates a Vacancy Report that we print off every week for our
team meeting and we talk about what needs to be done for each property but it is not effective.
We want our board to track the property address, homeowners email, homeowners phone, rental comps range, current asking rent (avg at the bottom), bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet (avg at the bottom), property notes, availability date, days vacant
(ie. days on market that counts automatically), next move-in date, priority (that automatically changes status based on days on market), marketing ad due date and status column, rent ready repairs due date and status column, I don’t know what the difference
is between using the “timeline” and due “date” feature but we want to use whatever is best, we want to keep track of all the tenant leads, showings, rental applications, approved applications, notes from showings and marketing recommendations for owner.
Every week we send homeowners a marketing update and we want to automate this process so the updates go the owners email automatically with our company logo that look professional. The updates would have unique messages saved in
monday.com for whatever week we are on AND it will auto populate certain data columns (ie. Leads, showings, applications, recommendations, etc.).
I heard that there are “forms” that can be built and placed on websites to enter a new pulse into the system with all the info we need filled out. We used DocuSign to sign up new clients so I’m curious if we can make the “form” apart of the contract
so when he is filling that out it will send the pulse to the system if they sign the contract.
This is the basic idea but would be open to any suggestions that you have on how real estate or property managers use the program. I see a lot of apps that configure with
monday.com but it feels overwhelming because I do not know what all of the apps do. My cell is 702-525-1777 if you could help me with this project asap.
