Hi! I am a PM and managing different departments and their various projects. The main goal of my position is to ensure that we have a master calendar of all the events/projects/holidays/announcements happening in our company. I have a main board that has a monday Doc column (I love this column). However, in there I want to have the ability to add widgets that don’t exist or live on another board and can only live on the document per project. Ideally, I want to be able to add The Raci Matrix and a Stakeholder Engagement Assessment Matrix. This will help me to easily view these two important project management matrixes within a project just by clicking on the monday Doc, along with being able to add any other important information I need on there. Unfortunately, creating another board for each project would be too time-consuming for me since I have hundreds of projects to look over.
