I am experiencing a couple of issues with Monday.com that I need assistance with:
- Moving Boards to the Correct Workspace:
I can create the new board from my Templates, but when I try to move it to the correct workspace, nothing populates in the “Choose Workspace” search bar. When I enter a workspace name, it shows “No results found.” As a result, I am unable to move the board out of the Template folder and into the desired workspace.
- Creating New Folders:
I am also unable to create new folders within Monday.com. I have attached screenshots to help illustrate the issue.
Additionally, until this issue is resolved, I am unable to link our SharePoint to the Monday.com folders. Any links inserted into the boards may be broken due to the current workspace issue, so I am unable to finalise the linking process for our team.
For context, I am an Admin on these boards and have been managing them for some time now. Given this, I am confident that the issue is not related to permissions or settings on my end.
