Moving items with subitems to another board via automation doesn't carry subitem's columns

Hi,
When I try to use automation to move an item (with all of its subitems) to another board the item and subitems are created in the other board but the subitems columns matching the same structure and name are left empty. Also, there is no mapping columns for the subitems in the automation setup like there is when moving items manually.

Make sure the columns names are identical and try again.

the columns names and types are precisely the same and still nothing for the subitems…
It’s like the automation move command doesn’t recognize any mapping for subitems - the name of the subitems are moved but without the content of the columns.
Only when I do the move command manually I get the mapping for the subitems

What is the automation? “When status changed to something move item to board”?
I tested this automation and it seems the item is moved with its subitem, including all the subitem’s content.
In the automations you can not map certain column types and subitem columns, but the system is moving all item’s and subitem’s columns, even those who didn’t been mapped, as long as the column names and types are identical in the item and subitem level.

Maybe you can try reaching monday.com support.

Thank for your help - I actually found out that it actually does copy the data but only shows it when I refresh the web browser so yes it is working thankfully.
