When I go to My Work page, it gives me an “Empty” group with no dates or tasks assigned. There is a TON of them. These are not supposed to be in My Work as there is no task or anything assigned to these items, they are just names of customers. Any ideas on what might have triggered that to happen or how to fix it?

Do all of these items come from a single board that does not have other items you would need to see on the My Work space?
If so, you can hide this board in the customization settings by going to Customize → Boards → Unselect the board(s) you do not want displayed on My Work.
