New board view - hierarchy/dependency view

I suggest a new board view or widget to simply show dependencies. This can be either a horizontally or vertically tiered view which shows organizes items solely by their dependencies. Color coding can be used to depict the type of dependency. This will allow for an easier way to view a critical path, and thus create a more relevant and accurate time estimate of projects.
