I am new to Monday.com and I want to re-arrange the columns in “My Work” to see the mostimportant information first.

This was from a monday forum a while ago and they had the same issue.
Possible alternative
You could try and create a dashboard that connects multiple boards and filter those views there, it’s not as clean as the my work page but it does give you a bit more freedom.
