We are looking for some one to walk us through an initial setup and show us best practice for a small 3 person team that engages with external contractors.
We have been using a collection of Google Docs, Discord, and Emailing in the past, and feel it is time to upgrade to some sort of management platform to help us plan and create better.
We would be looking at creating boards for our weekly business tasks, ongoing creative projects, and one of solution based projects.
We are based in Aotearoa (New Zealand).
