I’m having difficulty saving notes. I’m in Leads, click the plus to start a conversation, add the note. When I go to save I either do Ctrl + Enter or I have also clicked the Add button. They notes are not showing up in the account. Not sure what the issue is but frustrating for sure.
Hey Jason - this certainly sounds frustrating and also unexpected! Is this occurring across multiple boards/items or one specific item/board? This will help us troubleshooting accordingly
