Number columns drop the trailing zero on currency

Am I wrong? Does the number column really drop the trailing zero from currency amounts. It changes $543.20 to $543.2. It does this on every currency field and the formulas using them.

This has been open a while! I’d like to know the answer as well! Trailing zeros shouldn’t be dropped from currency amounts!

I agree. I set the currency setting in the column summary for both number and formula fields and all it does is stick a dollar sign at the front of a shortened number. If currently is selected, it should auto-format to include both decimal places.
