I’m wondering if there is a way to have my item “Start Date” column filled with the earliest “Start Date” in all my subitems under it? Thanks very much
Hi Gabe,
Yes, for this, start by showing a summary of your sub-items in the parent item (for this, click the … button next to the title of your sub-item start date) and in the pop-up menu, select Show Summary on Parent Item.
Once the column is added to the parent items, click the … button next to the new column title then Settings > Customize Mirrow Column and select Earliest in the Show summary of dropdown.
What if we could break free of the Formula column? and write formulas that update any type of columns? What if a formula could update multiple columns at once? This is possible with the Advanced Formula Booster app.
