I’d like to raise a serious usability issue that is making daily work within monday.com unnecessarily frustrating and inefficient.
Whenever I open a pop-up window – for example, when clicking on “Filter” – the window that appears is extremely small and cannot be resized. This makes it almost impossible to clearly see or manage what’s inside, especially when working with more complex filters or multiple conditions. It feels like working through a keyhole.
The same issue applies to mirror columns. When selecting which data to display, the selection menu is cramped and doesn’t allow me to view the full list properly. If I try to scroll down, I often lose context or can’t see half of the options. It’s honestly very frustrating and extremely inefficient.
And then there’s the dependencies selection – same story. It’s like working with blinders on. For a platform that promotes clarity, visibility, and user-friendly interfaces, this experience feels the opposite: claustrophobic and restrictive.
Please, give us the option to resize these windows, or at the very least, make them bigger and more functional by default. These limitations add up quickly and make even simple tasks far more difficult than they should be.
I hope you take this feedback seriously – I’m sure many users feel the same way.
Thank you!
