I have a ‘next meeting date’ and a ‘last meeting date’ column in the same group, is it possible to set up an automation where once the ‘next meeting date’ has passed, it automatically moves the date or replicates it in the ‘last meeting date’ column?

Are your meetings happening at a standard cadence, meaning that they happen every week or # of days? If so, you can set up an automation that says:
When “next meeting date” arrives, then push “next meeting date” by x days and set “last meeting date” to today.
If your meeting is not happening at a standard cadence, that becomes trickier. You can’t set up an automation to look at a date column and match the listed date with another column.
