Hi there, I’ve just installed the Emails & Activities view and am looking forward to using it. I have a few questions:
Is there a way to share templates? I figured when I created and saved a template it would show up for others, but it did not. I don’t want to have all our users have to create the templates themselves. Yes, they can copy/paste, but that’s still time consuming and error prone.
Is there a way to use custom HTML? If we have a beautifully formatted email, is there a way to use it?
Is there a way to email multiple records at the same time instead of going into each activity stream 1 at a time?
At the end of 2022 it was added to sales CRM, question number 1 was added.
I mentioned there as well that it should be available in Work Management, but no staff member ever replied.
I really think this should be added to Work Management as well, since it is a core feature in my opinion.
When using Emails & activities to automate project emails, templates should be used to automate emails and have every seat using the same mails when mailing to a client from a project board.
Same goes Shared inboxes . It should be a core feature.
Especially for smaller companies. A small company can easily build a board that does everything it needs to do. A smaller company also doesn’t have a sales deparment and doesn’t need a full CRM system.
