Many of my users ask for this feature of Custom Templates. Now you can send custom messaging from your monday to any WhatsApp Number using new automation. You can also schedule the messaging.

This is so good. The whatsapp needs to be Business account or Whatsapp api?

Hey @juanzevallos to get started, you don’t need anything Most of my users use an automated number I’ve set up (though you’re free to bring your own number too).
The idea is to let users test and experience the app quickly and without friction. As you probably know, using your own number can be tricky especially if you don’t already have a Meta Business Account.
To use your own number, you’d need:
- A Meta Business Account
- A separate WhatsApp Business number
That’s a bit too much setup for some users, but yes, my app fully supports it and a few users do choose to go that route.

Okay, I understand! So, there is an option where you provide the number to be used, and that number is used to send notifications?
From what I can see, is the app’s function only to send notifications, or can it also be used to have a conversation?

I have an external app that’s supports Whatsapp like this I have it’s demo in my Whatsapp Notify
no one asks me to use Whatsapp within monday so no it’s not possible but If I get interests from users I will add that as well
