Description
Discovered recently you can change the Stars symbols in Ratings over to Hearts symbols. I’d love to see more options there as far as symbols go, including, more than 5. Having up to 10, would make more sense and align better for Marketing professionals metrics.
Additionally, I discovered that if you do change the symbols for ratings within the column settings… if you tie a survey to that board, it however does not change the symbols in the survey - it remains only as stars. If this option is available only to the end user and not to outward facing survey users… not really a point in being able to change the symbols.
What are you trying to achieve
Being able to change the symbols in both the board and surveys would be excellent for marketing/branding reasons and being able to increase from 5 rating to 10 rating would align better with market-based metrics and research.
