I would love to see the Automations button on my board turn red when one of my automations fails.
I lost connection to my Outlook integration and didn’t even know it, found out several days later that automated messages, including new items and reminders, were not sent out as expected. There was no indication on my Board, and I had no reason to check the Automations list .
You actually should have gotten notified on this.
When automations fail (especially integrations like Outlook), monday typically sends:
An automation failure email
And you can also see it in the Automation run history
So this might be less about needing a red button and more about:
Notifications not being enabled
Email going to spam
Or the failure not triggering a notification properly
That said… I do agree a visual indicator on the board would be helpful.
Because realistically, no one is proactively checking the automation center unless something is already broken
