We heavily rely on the Gmail integration within our workflow, and while it serves us well, we perceive an opportunity to enhance its functionality further by incorporating additional formatting options such as bold, underline, and italics would improve our communication experience. Moreover, the ability to send attachments directly through this integration would be a significant improvement, streamlining our workflow and enhancing productivity.
