I would like to be able to use formatting in e-mails send via integrations with outlook or gmail.
WYSIWYG would be best, but if I can use HTML, that will work too.
Basic formatting options like bold, cursive and list items will do for now.
It would make the e-mails I’m sending far more readable.
Yes! Having a rich text editor, including font/color selection, embedded in the automation pop-up for Gmail integrations would be incredibly helpful. We send lengthy onboarding emails to our clients, and having no formatting capabilities can honestly make our emails look tacky and unprofessional.
If it can’t be done in the Gmail integration, then enhancing the CRM’s formatting capabilities would be what our team needs to be fully invested in utilizing Monday for all of our comms.
Have you had a chance to take a look at the EasyMails app yet?
It’s a handy new addition to the monday.com marketplace. EasyMails lets you link up several email accounts and send well-designed emails in HTML or plain text. Plus, it’s really easy to use!
We are trialling Monday.com and despite some really great gains our trial is likely to be UNSUCCESSFUL simply because the quality of emails we can send from Monday.com is appalling. This is a very frustrating lack and one that really does a disservice to the company.
And yes, I am aware there are add ins I can use, however, our IT department was very reluctant to link my outlook into Monday.com and will not approve a link to an app within Monday.com
I am really quite frustrated at this and beyond annoyed that an otherwise very useful CRM produces the most horrible looking comms. You would think better looking comms would be a priority for a CRM…
