Restrict Dates from Being Chosen in the Date Column (Blackout Dates)

I’d love to see an update where we can restrict a date from being chosen in the date column. We continuously have employees scheduling a project for a holiday or a day that we are closed, then have to quickly rearrange our schedule. It would also help improve the workload feature, if a week only has 4 days, the amount of hours that could be scheduled would be reduced to account for the holiday.
