Its great that employees can track their time, however being able to limit who can add manual sessions would be really beneficial. Currently you are able to see whats been added manually as the text is red instead of black, but restricting it would be much better.
Totally agree with this request — having more granular permission control over manual session entries in time tracking is essential for audit accuracy and preventing misuse.
Visual cues (like red text) are helpful, but without the ability to restrict manual input, it leaves room for discrepancies or unintentional errors. Ideally, admins should be able to toggle permissions by user or role.
In our own case, using platforms like Phonexa — where detailed activity and session logging is tied to accountability — showed us how important that level of control is, especially in a multi-user environment. Monday could benefit from adding a similar model for time integrity.
