Search function

Starting this week, when searching there only appears results found within the ‘Item’ column, where as ususally the ‘Search’ function searches within all columns.

How do I get this feature back to allow me to use the ‘Search’ function to search within all columns?

When clicking into the search tool, you should have the option to customise which columns to include in the search:

Is this the same on your end?
