Hm, this does look strange!
Are you using the web-browser version? If so, can you please test this in an incognito window? 
It may be related to resizing the browser window. Normally the first-level drop down menu is on the right, but it’s to the left:
I’m using Firefox 123.0.1.

I’ve tested this on my end and resizing the browser shouldn’t have a huge impact. Can you please try using a private browser incase this is a caching issue?
