Hello community, I need your assistance with setting up an automation process. Here’s what I’m looking to achieve:
Automatically assign a license start date from another board when a new item is created (a deal for a subscription).
Automate the duplication of a new line on the first day of each month started from the initial start date.
For example:
February: From the 20th to the 28th, charge €10 (not the whole month).
March: €100 for the month. (charge the whole month)
April: €100 for the month. (charge the whole month)
This setup will allow customers to clearly see monthly changes per customer, including any subscriptions added or canceled.
My challenge is in automating the dates so that this process occurs seamlessly whenever a new item is added to the board. Does anyone have experience with such automation or suggestions for an effective solution?
