Can we just have 1 email notification sent if there are items that remain in existence in a group because their status is open?
Or rather, send one email to a person who has multiple tasks with status “opened” . I dont want 3 emails sent if 3 tasks are open to a person. I just want 1 email sent to the person saying you have 3 tasks open.
