Set label change conditions for Work Management

Monday CRM has a great native feature that allows users to “set label change conditions” for any status column, basically allowing you to create rules/required columns that users must complete before an item or subitem’s status can be changed. This is a great control to force users to enter all the required information.

As far as I can tell, this feature does not exist in Monday Work Management (WM)…just in the CRM product. The only way I can find to set label change conditions in WM is through third-party apps, which cost additional fees.

This feels like a critical function to maintain data integrity…and it’s already available on CRM. Would be amazing if we could see this in WM soon.

We got access to this feature as we recently moved to Monday Service.

Our team would significantly benefit from also being able to use this across core workflows in work management as that is were 80% of our usage lives.
