Share individual boards with team members

Description

Hello! Here at the company, I’ve created several boards within my workspace. I’d like to share just one of these boards (not all of them) with another person in my organization. From what I’ve seen, I can’t share an individual board, because when I invite someone, they become a member and gain access to all the other boards as well. Wouldn’t it be useful to have the option to share just one board, so team members don’t have access to topics that don’t concern them?

Hey Breno! Welcome to the monday Community! :waving_hand: Thank you for submitting your feature request. I hear you on this. From what you shared, it sounds like your boards are main (public) boards in an open workspace. If you have invited a new member to the account, they will have access to all main boards in an open workspace since those board types are accessible to all members.

However, if you are on the Standard or Pro Plan, you can convert all of your current boards into shareable boards. They function like private boards, and only members who are subscribed to the shareable board will have access to view/edit it. As you would only be inviting each individual to one shareable board, they would not have access to view the other boards in your workspace. Further, if you’d like to invite individuals to your account as guest users with limited access to only specific boards, shareable boards will allow for this as well!
