Right now, I can view board owners and members in the Content Directory, but there’s no way to see which boards a guest or collaborator has access to. As an admin, I need visibility into all boards a specific user is part of, regardless of their role type.
What are you trying to achieve
Improve oversight and governance by being able to:
*Audit user access across the workspace.
*Quickly identify which boards a contractor, external partner, or team member has visibility into.
*Streamline offboarding or permission cleanups without having to manually open every board.
This would be a huge time-saver for admins and would reduce the risk of lingering access to sensitive boards.
