I am implementing monday dev
We have several scrum teams
on the same time we have several products and each product is managed by a product manager
teams can potentially work on features from several products and a feature can be span over several teams
So I am looking for a way that from PM point they can have a dedicated area so they can manage their product backlog
and than to have a place where PM Forum can set a shared priority on all features
and that each team can create stories and bugs and other items in the team backlogs and work spaces that are related to the features from the different products
if possible it would be good to see the “progress” of a feature based on its “under” items
