Trying to use the Share File via option on a Iphone for a .pdf file, it does not give the option to share the .pdf file to the Monday.com mobile app (also docx, xlsx does not work). It does however give the option for .png, .jpg file formats to be shared to the Monday Mobile app. Wondering if this is just a limitation on Microsoft file formats. Is this issue with Apple, Microsoft or Monday.
Hi! the issue seems like to be with the monday mobile app but not with the microsoft or apple app. You can try updating the app or can even try to upload pdf and other format files directly through the app. I hope you find this comment helpful.
