Show my workspaces in the far left menu bar

I think its cumbersome to click “Work Management” to get to a dropdown of my workspaces. Id like to be able to pin 5-7 workspaces on the far left menu bar so they are always accessible instead of having to click an extra time and then use a dropdown.
