Hi there. I’m developing an app on my Monday account. Through a tunnel in ngrok for testing. but today I get a red screen with the message “Microsoft Defender SmartScreen blocked this unsafe content.” How to fix this problem? Was it something I did? Is it a problem with ngrok?

Click on the “more information” dropdown, usually the option to manually whitelist is there.
There isn’t likely a security issue with ngrok or your app, its just that microsoft considers the totality of the situation and says this could be something risk.
