I’m trying to setup an automation where our director gets an alert when the due date of a project arrives, but only if it’s specific statuses. I think I have it figured out in the screenshot below, but I would love confirmation. He doesn’t need a notification for the “done” option in the status column, just the three in the screenshot.

“OR” logic is not available on conditions in automations, which is what you would want.
Instead, you will need either to create multiple automations (1 for each status label you want to include) or change the automation conditions to those labels that you want to exclude like this (note the use of the “is not” comparator instead of “is”) :
